Tuesday tips & tricks: Marinade!

This tip is indeed a very quick one, but an easy way to be more efficient with your cooking! Do you sometimes forget to thaw meat before you want to use it? Or not leave enough time for whatever you’re making to sit in a marinade? One way to get smart is to add your marinade before you put your meat in the freezer.
I like to separate chicken into smaller portions so I put them into plastic bags and throw ’em in the freezer. This would be a great place to add marinade to the bag and then all it needs is to thaw before cooking.
