Top ways to get bikini-ready this summer*

Have you ever heard the saying “It took 9 months to gain the baby weight, it will take 9 months to take it off”? Well, my little guy is almost 9 months old and the good news is I’m back at my pre-pregnancy weight. However, it seems things just don’t quite fit the same, so I’ve still got some work to do.

This  may sound silly, but I often find motivation to get in shape and work out after watching shows like The Biggest Loser and Celebrity Fit Club. It’s so amazing when you see how hard the contestants are working and the amazing results that they achieve. When I saw this ad, I had to share. I think Jillian Michaels is super inspiring, not to mention in great shape! Click the image for more weight-loss info and get that bikini bod before the hot weather hits!
